Signature Hot Stone Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then smoothed with oil, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Signature Intuitive Energy Work
This is a combination of bodywork, energy work and CranioSacral Therapy to address the nervous system and helps restore a sense of balance. The amount of bodywork depends on the session time, 60, 75 and 90 minute sessions allow for more bodywork. The energy work is very gentle and relaxing. I often receive energetic information from your energy field which I will share with you at the end of the session. This work can be very insightful.
