Currently All sessions are provided live, in person or 1:1, remotely using Zoom from anywhere. Energy Healing, Reiki (this is by appointment in person session only on specific days, see below)

Energy Healing also known as Hands On healing, could include healing herbs, clearing smokes such as Sage, Palo Santo, Mugwort for Acupressure points, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, work with Crystals, Vibrational tools such as forks, bowls to help bring the body, spirit, mind back into alignment with it's greatest good. Currently All sessions are provided 1:1, by appointment only. Sessions are 30-35 mins or 50-55 mins., each session includes at additional 5-15 minutes of rest, integration within the scheduled time. Crystal Healing Sessions use Earth’s gifts, Crystals specifically aligned to each Chakra to bring them back to balance, flowing freely. This can be done stand alone, with IET or Reiki, with Crystal Singing Bowls and a few other modalities person offerings. Sessions are renewing, grounding, clearing. Crystal healing sessions are in person. Please Note: This is an in person only session, available on certain rotating days to accommodate the schedules of as many clients as possible. Therapeutic Integrated Massage Therapy is a Energetic, Therapeutic, Somatic Massage. Our issues, emotional, traumatic, or otherwise can become chronic and trapped within the physical layers of the body. This type of Massage Therapy can assist one in not only releasing tight musculature but also connecting to the places within where these experiences may be stored by the brain, psyche, body and assist in releasing stored imprints.
