1 Hour Reiki Session - In Person

***Starting December 1st 2023 all in person sessions will be at my new location!! 302 West Main Street Suite 150 Avon,CT 06001 Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that is used to support healing on an emotional, physical and spiritual level. A session usually begins with pulling an Angel card (according to the client’s preference). The client will remove their shoes and lie on a massage table. Lights are dimmed and soft music is played. Essential oil is used on the practitioners hands to induce relaxation. Singing bowls may be incorporated into the session. A light touch on head, shoulders, feet is applied. Chakras are cleansed, brought into balance and checked with a pendulum. The aura is cleansed and the session usually ends with smudging using an essential oil spray (clients preference). 1Hour duration includes introduction and a short intake form to fill out. ***Gemstone Heat Therapy can be included at your preference Arriving for your appointment: Come in through main doors of 302 West Main Street. 1 Hour Distant Reiki Session

This 1 Hour session involves you receiving Reiki Healing in the comfort of your own home. By using the intent of healing, energy can be sent to the client using Reiki distance techniques. The client is asked to send a picture of themselves, a time is agreed upon and an email is sent after the session regarding anything that came up during the session. Chakras can be checked and balanced and aura or energy field cleared. I can also call you after the session to do discuss what came up for you.
