This 60 minute session is a combination of Coaching and Reiki. I offer this in-person or remotely session via Zoom, Facetime or Phone. This session includes various healing methods to support whatever challenges or obstacles you may be experiencing.

90 Min Empowerment Session ($225 In-Person)

This is a 90 minute in-person session. During this session, you can expect 60 minutes of coaching and 30 minutes of energy work. *During the energy portion, Tracey incorporates various shamanic tools and healing techniques such as sound, crystals, essential oils, intonations, and reiki as needed.

This is a 90 minute remote / virtual session using Zoom, Facetime or Phone. During each session, Tracey works directly with intention and your Higher Self to rapidly clear and transmute energetic blockages in order to help you shift into greater alignment and access freedom and peace. Each energy session covers many areas of clearing that include, but are not limited to, releasing stuck emotions from childhood traumas, clearing blockages to allow your Higher Self to integrate into your physical body, and opening your ability to integrate more easily. Many people experience profound shifts after their first session, although in most cases Tracey recommends starting with at least two sessions.

During each session, Tracey focuses on the positives as well as the perceived negatives in each relationship dynamic. Each session gives the couple a sense of relief from the heavy feelings that may be impacting their relationship, as well as a new perspective on why things have been unfolding this way and greater understanding on why they feel what they feel. They will walk away with upgraded communication tools, and/or a win-win solution to a troubling concern. Tracey also offers marital coaching for couples preparing for marriage!
