Naiya Theresa Cassidy LMT

Naiya is a veteran LMT of 17 years, and has been living in Florida off and on since childhood. Her professional focus has been the treatment of chronic pain conditions, using a myofascial / structural style that frees restrictions in the tissues, restores functional movement and relieves pain. She also enjoys using other modalities such as assisted stretching, craniosacral therapy and lymphatic drainage. She often weaves these together in a session, so that the client's experience is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. She currently lives near the beach and enjoys SUP, biking, swimming - and is always in the process of learning more about the science of optimal health.
