Payable Forms and Square

Square integrates with Payable Forms, an add-on integration with Google Forms. Each time your connected Google Form receives a new submission, Payable Forms will calculate the payment due, based on the answers selected. The integration with Square powers an easy-to-use, securely hosted checkout page that looks just like your Google Form and allows your customers to pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. That data then syncs right to your online Square Dashboard as well as the Google Sheet associated with your Form.

With no upfront or recurring costs, their solution works great for small clubs, event organizers, first-time sellers and nonprofits to quickly set up and organize registration and order forms that require payment.

Requirements

  • You will need a free Google Account or Google Workspace for your business.

  • Install the Payable Forms add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

  • This integration is only available in the United States and Canada.

Integrate with Payable Forms

To integrate Payable Forms with your Square account:

  1. Go to the Payable Forms via Square App Marketplace.

  2. Click Get Started.

  3. Follow the prompts and allow permissions to integrate and access your Square account information.

You can view all of your integrations at any time via the App integrations tab on your online Square Dashboard.
