Goodreviews and Square
Square integrates with Goodreviews so you can collect Google reviews effortlessly. With Goodreviews's app for Square, businesses can automatically send post-purchase review invitations to customers. Invitations can be triggered by transactions placed on both Square Point of Sale and Invoices.
This integration allows you to automatically send Google review invitations when you or your customers complete an action.
Once your Square integration is installed, you can select to send review invitations in one of three ways:
In-person payment
When you send an invoice to a customer
When you send an invoice to a customer
You will need both a Square account and a Goodreviews account to set up this integration. Learn more about Goodreviews and Square integration.
Integrate with Goodreviews
To integrate Goodreviews with your Square account, follow these steps:
In Goodreviews, go to Account > Integrations.
Click Connect and log in.
Click Allow.
You'll be redirected back to Goodreviews. At this point, your Square account is connected and you'll be able to send review invitations automatically after every purchase.
