TipHaus and Square

Square integrates with TipHaus, so you can automate the tip distribution process according to your restaurant’s unique needs, eliminating the need to manually enter data or calculate gratuities. TipHaus allows you to set your tipping rules and automatically handle calculations and distributions in the background. You can also gain visibility into how each rule impacts staff, and make adjustments as needed.

Integrate with TipHaus

To integrate TipHaus with your Square account, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the App integrations section of your online Square Dashboard > click Visit App Marketplace.

  2. Search for TipHaus in the search bar > click Search.

  3. Under TipHaus, click Get Started.

  4. Allow permissions to access your Square account information.

Square’s fee for payments processed through TipHaus will vary depending on the types of payments processed (e.g. in-person, online, etc.). To learn more about TipHaus pricing, visit their TipHaus Support Website.

Payments and Reporting

You'll receive transfers for your TipHaus transactions just like your Square Point of Sale payments — following your transfer schedule.
