View, Update & Check Status of Square Photo Studio Orders

You can view and manage your Photo Studio orders from your Square Online Overview page. To do so:

  1. Open the Square Online Overview page.

  2. On the left side menu, click Photo Studio.

  3. All of your current and past orders can be found on this page.

Enter an order number in the search field or browse the list of orders. Each order will show the order date, items ordered, date updated, and status. To start a new order, click the Place order button on the upper right to open the purchase page in a new window.

Updating a Square Photo Studio Order Notes

You can add or edit Photo Studio order notes up until we receive your product in our studio. To update your notes:

  1. Log-in to the Square Online Overview page.

  2. Select Photo Studio on the left-side menu.

  3. Choose the Order ID you would like to update. 

  4. Use the edit button next to your order notes to update or add in additional notes.

Add More Photos to a Square Photo Studio Order

We're unfortunately not able to add photos to an existing order. However, if you place a new order and include the original Order ID in the order notes, we can take additional photos of your products. Adding in the original Order ID to a new Square Photo Studio order's notes will allow our team to match the new order with your products that have already been shipped to our studio.

Checking the Status of a Square Photo Studio Order

To check the status of a Square Photo Studio Order, head over to the Photo Studio dashboard in your Square Online overview page:

  1. Log-in to the Square Online Overview page.

  2. On the left-side menu, select Photo Studio. All of your current and past orders can be found on this page.

  3. Search for or select the order you would like to check the status of. Once an order is selected, you can view its status:

    • Order received means we received payment for your order and are waiting for products to arrive at our studio. 

    • In progress means we have received your items in our studio and are working on capturing your products in their finest light. 

    • Complete means we delivered your photos and they're ready to download.
