PayPal Troubleshooting
If you run into an error while connecting your online store to Paypal, you may need to make some changes to your Paypal account settings to complete the setup process. This guide walks you through these short extra steps, so you’ll be up and running in no time.

Step 1: Login to your Paypal account and go to Profile > Website payments. Locate the API access section and click the “Update” link.

Step 2: Click “Grant API permission” under the Pre-built payment solution section.

Step 3: Paste the following text into the Third Party Permission Username field, then click Lookup:
info_api1.weebly.com

Step 4: Enable the following options under Available Permissions, then click Add:
Use Express Checkout to process payments
Issue a refund for a specific transaction
Authorize and capture your PayPal transactions
Obtain information about a single transaction
Issue a refund for any prior transaction
That’s all you need to do in your Paypal account. Head back to the Store > Setup > Checkout page in your Weebly account to finish connecting Paypal.

When prompted, check the box to confirm you’ve granted permission through PayPal and click Done.
Your Paypal account should now be connected, and you can begin accepting payments through your online store.
Note: If you disconnect your Paypal account, you will need to go through this process again before you can reconnect.
