Webgility and Square
Webgility for QuickBooks is designed for Square sellers to automate bookkeeping with QuickBooks so you can focus on running your business instead of doing data entry every day. Webgility automatically posts all of your Square sales information including your sales tax, discounts, tips, and fees. You and your accountant can rest easy knowing your QuickBooks is accurate, organized, and tax compliant.

Integrate with Webgility
Visit the Apps tab of your online Square Dashboard, scroll down to the Accounting & Tax section to find Webgility and click Get Started. You may also visit the Webgility website to activate your account.
Billing and Pricing
Webgility offers monthly and yearly subscriptions based on the volume of orders you need supported through Quickbooks. The price is $99 per month (billed annually) or $129 per month (billed monthly). Payments and Reporting
With your Webgility account, all of your payments will automatically sync to your Square Dashboard so you’ll never have to worry about manually updating your Square Dashboard.
Payments processed with Webgility will appear within your transaction history on your online Square Dashboard. Learn more about viewing and downloading your Square payment history online.
