Cash App Coffee Reward FAQs
Get $1 off every purchase at coffee shops big and small when you use your Cash Card.
What counts as a Coffee Shop?
We define a coffee shop as any establishment that mostly sells coffee and coffee drinks. Some coffee shops are not supported yet, but we are working on this!
Identifying all coffee shops in the US can be a bit tricky. If you think you should have received a reward on a given purchase, you can submit a reimbursement request via your receipt and we will get you your reward as fast as possible!
To be able to submit a request via the app, ensure that you are using the most up to date version of the app.
Are there limits to the reward?
Yes, if you use your Cash Card at a qualifying coffee shop there are a couple limits to be aware of.
Your coffee purchase must be at least $1.50.
You cannot redeem the coffee reward more than 10 times in a given day.
How can I view my reward?
You’ll be able to see your reward in your Cash activity. Select the transaction and you’ll see a notification Coffee Reward Applied. It’s important to note the receipt total will display as one dollar less than the transaction total, as the $1 reward has been applied.
What if I didn’t receive my reward?
If you don’t see a reward while using your Cash Card at a coffee shop, there’s a chance we don’t have that shop listed for a reward yet. Before you can submit a request, ensure that your app is up to date.
You can submit a reimbursement request right from your Cash App. To do so:
Tap the clock icon in the upper right corner.
Scroll to and tap the payment in question.
Tap the three dots in the upper right corner and choose Missing Coffee Rewards
On the next screen hit Submit for Review.
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the purchase within 24 hours and you’ll be notified directly through the app if you are owed a reward!
