TaxJar and Square
TaxJar makes sales tax compliance easy. Link your Square account to TaxJar and take the guesswork out of sales-tax filing by automatically creating sales tax reports.
Note: If you manage multiple locations from your Square account, you’ll need to enable this app for each location you wish to use this with integration.
Integrate with TaxJar
To get set up, visit App integrations in your online Square Dashboard and click Get Started.
If you’re new to TaxJar, you’ll receive a 30-day free trial. At the end of your trial, select a monthly plan from your TaxJar account to continue using the service.
When you select your preferred subscription plan, you’ll be sent to Square to enter your billing information. Square accepts all major credit and debit cards.
While your billing information for TaxJar is managed through your Square account, TaxJar features, services, and plan changes are managed by TaxJar directly. If you need to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, head to your TaxJar account. To access your account, click Launch next to TaxJar from the App integrations in your online dashboard or visit TaxJar to sign-in.

Cancel Your TaxJar Subscription
You can cancel your TaxJar subscription from your TaxJar account or from your online Square Dashboard.
To cancel your subscription from your online Dashboard:
Visit App integrations > click My Apps.
Locate TaxJar and click the X. Confirm you’d like to revoke access to your Square account.
Your cancellation will become effective immediately, but you can reconnect your Square account to TaxJar at any time.
Note: If you cancel your subscription from your TaxJar account, your subscription will run through the end of the month.
