Commerce Sync and Square

Commerce Sync is an eCommerce platform that allows you to process payments with your Square account. Commerce Sync automates the transfer of Square sales activity into QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. This includes multi-location support, tax, tips, discounts, gift cards, settlements/transfers with processing fees, and more.

Integrate with Commerce Sync

Visit the Apps integrations page of your online Square Dashboard, scroll down to Commerce Sync and click Get Started. You can also visit the Commerce Sync website for more information.


Commerce Sync provides a 15-day free trial. After the trial, you’ll pay $10 per month for each location using QuickBooks Online, and $19 per month for each location using QuickBooks Desktop. Learn more about their pricing.
