Mailchimp and Square
Mailchimp is an email marketing and automations platform. Use Mailchimp to segment your audience, create marketing campaigns, analyse success, and more.
You can connect your Square and Mailchimp accounts so your customer and inventory details from Square sync with Mailchimp in real-time. The automatic data flow enables you to build and manage marketing campaigns more efficiently.

Note: This is a new integration as of September 27th 2022. The old integration was called Shoppable Landing Pages. It is encouraged to switch to the new integration if you used Shoppable Landing Pages. Follow Mailchimp’s full instructions to switch here.

Integrate with Mailchimp
Step 1: Have your accounts ready.
A Mailchimp account. If you don’t have one, it’s free to create a Mailchimp account.
A Square account. If you don’t have one, it’s free to create a Square account here.
Step 2: Confirm whether you are using the old Shoppable Landing Pages integration.
If you are not using the Shoppable Landing Pages integration, you can ignore this step.
If you are using the Shoppable Landing Pages integration, be sure to disconnect it to use the new integration. Follow Mailchimp’s full instructions to switch.
If you’re not sure whether you’re using the Shoppable Landing Pages integration:
Check your existing integrations in your Mailchimp account here.
Scroll to Authorised applications and look for "Square: Shoppable Landing Pages."
Step 3: Connect your accounts.
Click here to log in to both your Square account and your Mailchimp account.
Once logged in to both accounts, you can follow the prompts in Mailchimp to allow permissions and connect.
Follow the prompts to set up audience settings in Mailchimp.

Next Steps
Once you’ve connected your accounts, navigate to the Mailchimp for Square page to view the details of the integration. Note: If you need to log in, be sure to use the same credentials you used to create the integration.
Once you’re signed in, you can view the integration dashboard and logs, manage your account settings, and launch recommended Mailchimp actions such as creating an automation or sending an email campaign. You can also log out or disconnect the integration at any time.
You can view all of your integrations at any time via the App integrations tab on your online Square Dashboard.
