Reader Connection Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble connecting your reader to your mobile or tablet device, try the following steps:
- Reset the reader by holding the power button down for 20 seconds, until you see the red lights.
- Forget the reader from the bluetooth settings of your device.
- Turn your bluetooth off and back on again.
- Make sure you have the most up to date version of iOS or Android, as well as the most up to date version of the Point of Sale App.
