Mercato enables online ordering and local delivery for your grocery store, allowing you to expand your grocery business without extra overhead. Get Started With Mercato

Visit the Apps tab of your online Square Dashboard, scroll down to the eCommerce section to find Mercato and click Get Started. You can also visit the Mercato website to activate your account.

Fees

Square’s fees for payments processed with Mercato Direct Online are 2.9% + $0.30 and 2.65% if in person with a merchant. You may qualify for custom rates if you process over $250k in credit cards annually.

Payments and Reporting

All payments processed on your Mercato account will automatically sync to your Square Dashboard so you’ll never have to worry about manually updating your Square Dashboard.

Payments processed with Mercato will appear in your transaction history on your online Square Dashboard, where you can also view sales summaries and reports.

You’ll receive transfers from your Mercato payments automatically following your Square transfer schedule.
