Appointy and Square

Appointy is an online scheduling software (SaaS) for scheduling appointments, classes, events, resources and activities. Appointy allows businesses to accept appointments online, send automated reminders (email/ SMS), integrate with social media platforms, bi-directional sync with Google and Outlook calendar, accept online and offline payments, create custom booking rules and much more.

Integrate with Appointy

To connect your Square account, visit the Appointy App page of your online Square Dashboard, and click Get Started. You can also visit the Appointy Support Centre to activate your account.

Billing and Pricing

There is no fee to use the Square integration on Appointy. Square’s fee for payments processed with Appointy Direct Online is 2.9% + $0.30 and 2.75% with an Appointy representative in person.

Payments and Reporting

With your Appointy account, all of your payments will automatically sync to your Square Dashboard so you’ll never have to worry about manually updating your Square Dashboard.

Payments processed with Appointy will appear within your transaction history on your online Square Dashboard. Learn more about viewing and downloading your Square payment history online.

You’ll receive deposits for your Appointy orders – just like Square Point of Sale payments – following your deposit schedule.
