VisitBase and Square

VisitBase integrates their practice management software and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with the Square Terminal. VisitBase is designed for practitioners, reception staff, managers and accounting teams. Pairing a Square Terminal with VisitBase can reduce data entry errors by avoiding double-entry of payment information.

Integrate with VisitBase

To integrate VisitBase with your Square account, follow these steps:

1. Visit the App integrations section of your online Square Dashboard > click Visit App Marketplace.

2. Search for VisitBase in the search bar > click Search.

3. Under VisitBase, click Get Started.

4. Allow permissions to access your Square account information.

Pricing

Square’s fee for payments processed through VisitBase is 2.2% per transaction. To learn more about VisitBase’s pricing, visit their website.

Payments and Reporting

You’ll receive transfers for your VisitBase transactions just like your Square Point of Sale payments — following your transfer schedule.
