Customize your checkout experience
Make your checkout experience faster with fewer mistakes. You can now enable, disable, and reorder your tender types. Only take cards? Put it on the top and delete the cash option so no one hits it accidentally. You’re just a few clicks and drags away from a quick and error-free checkout. Learn more about tender options.
Recurring Payments with Square Invoices
New and improved! It’s easier than ever to automate your recurring invoices. Start by creating a new invoice and adding your customer’s details.
- Select Recurring from the Frequency menu.
- Customize the frequency of billing: monthly, daily, or annually.
- Check Automatic Payments and the customer’s card on file will be charged.
It’s less work for you, so you save time for the things you love. Create a recurring invoice.
New roles in Employee Management
You can now designate a trusted employee or business partner as your Authorized Representative — the person who can discuss account-specific information with Square’s customer success team.
Your Authorized Representative can get in touch to ask questions about account details, from change of address to deposit and transaction status. You do not need to subscribe to Employee Management to use this feature. Learn how to set it up.
View, filter, and export more customer data from your Customer Directory
You now have increased access to the customer information automatically collected by Square Point of Sale. You can view, filter, and export all customer groups, even Instant Profiles (profiles automatically created when you take a payment), in your Customer Directory. Integrate WooCommerce and Square — free
The Square extension for WooCommerce is now free. Create your online store, connect to Square and easily manage your entire business through a single solution. Starboard Suite is a suite of tools that offer reservations, ticketing, and a charter management platform for tour and activity operators.
