Getting paid feels great. Chasing down clients who owe you money, not so much. That’s why we’ve just launched Square Invoices in Australia. This new feature makes billing your customers incredibly easy, so you can get paid quickly and get back to the more interesting parts of running your business.
In a market first, Square lets you send as many invoices as you like, and utilise all the benefits of the powerful Square ecosystem, for free. There are no monthly fees or long-term contracts. If your customers choose to pay securely online with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or JCB credit or debit card via Square, there’s just a small 2.2% processing fee. It’s accounting made simple—and you won’t ever have to take card payments over the phone again.
Here’s how Square Invoices works:
- Send invoices on the go using the Square Point of Sale app on your mobile device, or from your office using Square Dashboard.
- Customers can pay securely online with a credit or debit card. If they choose to pay by cash, you can record the transaction for easy bookkeeping, and you won’t be charged any fees.
- If your customers prefer paper invoices, you can also choose to print the invoices and mail them, or deliver them by hand.
- Square’s Invoicing Dashboard gives you powerful features and tools to help make managing payments smoother. Track which invoices are paid, schedule a future send-date and check your transfer schedule all from one convenient location.
Square Invoices work—and work fast. Most Square sellers are paid by their customers the following day. So stop chasing payments and start simplifying your workflow with Square Invoices.
