Reprint order tickets from Square Point of Sale

If your order ticket printing fails (whether it’s caused by printer disconnection or running out of receipt paper), it’s critical that it doesn’t interrupt your workflow.

We’ve added three different places you can reprint (open and closed) order tickets from on iPad.

Reprint from the current cart:

  1. Tap the down arrow at the top right.
  2. Tap Reprint Ticket.

Reprint from your transaction list:

  1. Tap the three lines to enter your sidebar in Square Point of Sale
  2. Tap Transactions.
  3. Locate the order you’d like to reprint > tap Reprint Ticket.

Note: For closed tickets, the option to reprint only appears if the order was completed in the last hour.

Reprint from your open tickets:

  1. Select Tickets.
  2. Tap Edit.
  3. Select ticket to reprint > tap Reprint Ticket.
  4. Learn more about reprinting tickets in our Seller Community.
