Square Customer Directory
Square Customer Directory is one of our newest and most exciting features for sellers who want to enhance customer relationships. It allows you to add, edit and delete information from your customers’ profiles right at your point of sale or in your Square Dashboard. It’s simple to use — just search by name and, when Customer Directory brings up a profile, you can attach that customer to a transaction or invoice. Square Customer Directory automatically syncs with your transaction data, allowing you to build powerful reports and collect rich data that helps you better engage with your customers. Square Customer Directory is free to use — learn more here.
Charge recurring payments with Card on File
Card on File lets you securely store a customer’s payment details for future billing, making it simpler for you to charge repeat customers for goods or services using Square Invoices. For example, a gym that charges a monthly fee to can now put its customers’ cards on file, making it easier for everyone involved. Payments made using Card on File are charged at 2.5% per transaction processed. Learn how to use this convenient feature here.
