In exciting news, Square has been awarded Canstar’s Most Satisfied Customers – Merchant Services Award for the second time, taking out the prize in 2021 and 2022.
Canstar surveyed more than 2,000 Australian businesses to uncover how satisfied they were with their merchant services provider, as well as how happy they were with specific aspects of their service, such as speed of services and transactions, customer service and device functionality. Of those surveyed, about 600 businesses said they currently used a merchant services provider to take payments from customers.
The businesses surveyed ranged from sole traders to those with up to 200 employees, and included those who traded in standalone stores, shopping centres, home offices and online.
This year, Square customers reported high overall satisfaction, as well as strong satisfaction levels when it came to online reporting, speed of services and transactions, device functionality, reliability, and fees and charges.
