All-Inclusive Package includes everything you need for a full-body cleaning: professional-grade shampoo / conditioner formula designed to control and repel fleas and ticks, curry brush, shammy towel, and dryer use. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high temperatures there has been a significant flea outbreak in our area. Please protect your best friend! For the protection of our guests and staff use of coat dryers is not allowed if fleas are present on your pet.

TERMS: Since we assign one of our Skin & Coat Pros to every booking, you may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 days before your check-in time after which all reservations become non-refundable and rescheduling will not be allowed. Please plan accordingly. We are located on the lower level of the State Farm building (drive around the building). When adding nails, ear cleaning, etc our staff will do the extras; you (the customer) will do the bath, brushing and drying. No time limit if there are other washing stations available. Limit to 30 minutes max per pet when all stations are full. Family Splash = 2 dogs + 2 humans and 2 washing stations. We are unable to hold pets. In the event there's only one human, the 2nd dog MUST remain inside the car unless they both fit inside the station. Additional services (paw pad trims, sanitary trims, etc) must be scheduled separately to avoid overbooking on our staff. For safety, children must remain at their parent(s) side at all times and away from other animals or retail areas.
