We will join you on a screen sharing session. Requires a working, Internet-connected device. We charge a flat-rate labor fee of $80 regardless of of how long your service takes (Note: training sessions are billed per-hour).

Remote services are limited to: Training & How-To Sessions, Tune-ups, Diagnostics, and Software repair.

Remote services are NOT possible with Virus and Malware Removal, Hardware Repair, or physical device installations.

You are not charged until services have been completed. Price listed for convenience.
