Field Trips @ JPLEX During the Months of May/ June/ July/ August Are Available for Reservation!

Junction Place Sportsplex is a 20,000 sq. ft. indoor sports training facility. With an indoor field that divides into four separate sections, (8) Batting Cages, Basketball Goal and Snack Bar, Field Trips at JPLEX has something for everyone to enjoy! 

AVAILABILITY:

• Two-time blocks of (1) Hr & (30) Of Fast Paced Sports & Movement Oriented Stations!
• Offered Monday- Friday Beginning on Monday, May 20 and Ending on Friday, August 16, 2024
• Field Trip Slot #1: 10:00 AM- 11:30 AM / Field Trip Slot #2: 12:30 PM- 2:00 PM

CAPACITY DETAILS:

• Each Time-Slot has a HARD CAP of 50 TOTAL PARTICIPANTS (campers/students)
• NOT included in the 50 PARTICIPANT MAX are any staff/ volunteers of your organization (no-limit on the amount of Staff/Volunteers)

COST:

• 10:00 AM-11:30 AM: Flat Fee of $550
• 12:30 PM- 2:00 PM: Flat Fee of $550
• All reservations REQUIRE a non-refundable deposit of $300 to secure your date/time
• Your remaining fee of $250 can be settled either prior to, or, on the date of your trip
• If your organization cannot pay using our Online Book Tool, please TEXT JPLEX Mainline at 504-356-1812 and one of our JPLEX Leadership Team members can assist in making a reasonable accommodation to hold your desired date and time for a period of up to (5) Business Days or until we receive the $300 deposit that is required to hold your reservation request.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

• JPLEX (us) will have our own All Sports Camp @ JPLEX also operating inside of our 20K Sq Ft Indoor Sports Training Facility.
• While we have worked diligently over the years in tracking data, building and improving specific amenities as well as our overall facility, all while meticulously and intentionally designing a "Field Trip & Camp Day: Flow Plan" (and testing it during our 2023/2024 Holiday Camp offerings), we value the safety and experience of your organization and our campers and staff too much to not operate with a 100% confidence in our plan and thus, will be very straightforward with regards to what is, and is not, included with each field trip!
• WILL NOT be able to provide the option for your group to eat/ purchase lunch as part of your visit
• We will have a very limited window of 15 TOTAL MINUTES to accommodate early arrivals/ departures.
