Most hearth products require annual inspections of the appliance and the chimney and venting system, as well as maintenance cleaning. The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) advises that you have the chimney and venting systems for wood burning appliances inspected annually.

This is to have us come out and diagnose / repair your fireplace or fire feature. This fee is to get us out there and diagnose the issue if we are able to repair the fire feature on the spot then just the service call will be due. If additional parts or labor is needed the service call fee is due and then an estimate will be given in 48-72 hours. This is a flat rate fee to have us come make an in-home diagnosis and/or repair visit. The fee for the service call is due no matter how long it takes our technicians to diagnose the correct issue.


This appointment is for fireplaces or fire features that are installed but not currently working. We strive to stock parts in stock, if we do have the part in stock we will provide you an obligation free estimate to repair the fire feature on the spot.

This is to schedule a phone call consultation or general questions regarding your BBQ, Fireplace, or Fire Feature installation, sale, or general inquiry. This is a 1 hour phone call to go over your plans and help solidify your estimate or contract.

This is to have us come out and inspect your fireplace, chimney, or fire feature. This fee is to get us out there and determine any issue with the fire feature, chimney, and/or integrity of the fire feature system. If your appliance or your venting system has not changed and you plan to use your system as you have in the past, then a Level 1 inspection is a minimum requirement. A Level 1 inspection is recommended for a chimney under continued service, under the same conditions, and with the continued use of the same appliance. An estimate will be given in 48-72 hours for any repairs needed.


The fee for the inspection service call is due no matter how long it takes our technicians to inspect and diagnose the issue. This is a flat rate fee to have us examine the readily accessible portions of the chimney exterior, interior and accessible portions of the appliance and the chimney connection. Our technician will be looking for the basic soundness of the chimney structure and flue as well as the basic appliance installation and connections. The technician will also verify the chimney is free of obstruction and combustible deposits. No inspection report is given with this service.

This is to have our NFI Certifed Hearth Specialist come out and preform an In-Home Consultation regarding the upgrade to your fireplace and/or fire feature as well as run you down your different options regarding ReFacing and ReDesigning your fireplace area. This is for consultation purposes and no cleaning or repair work will be preformed.


This includes brochures and finish samples as well as an accurate estimate provided within 48-72 hours.

Our deep cleaning consists of steam cleaning the interior and exterior of the Grill. Soak the heat tamers, grates, and interior removable parts. This does get most of the grime build up off but all grills should be serviced Bi-Annually. Tragers and Smokers have a special rate.


We offer Bi-Annual Service for just $99 after first initial cleaning is performed. All cleanings come with a complimentary inspection and recommendations for any replacement parts. An estimate will be provided if needed.

This is to have us come out and inspect your fireplace, chimney, or fire feature. A Level 2 inspection is required when any changes are made to the system. Changes can include a change in the fuel type, changes to the shape of, or material in, the flue (i.e. relining), or the replacement or addition of an appliance of a dissimilar type, input rating or efficiency. Additionally, a Level 2 inspection is required upon the sale or transfer of a property or after an operation malfunction or external event that is likely to have caused damage to the chimney. Building fires, chimney fires, seismic events as well as weather events are all indicators that this level of inspection is warranted. There are no specialty tools (i.e. demolition equipment) required to open doors, panels or coverings in performing a Level 2 inspection. A Level 2 inspection shall also include a visual inspection by video scanning or other means in order to examine the internal surfaces and joints of all flue liners incorporated within the chimney. No removal or destruction of permanently attached portions of the chimney or building structure or finish shall be required by a Level 2 inspection.​


When a Level 1 or Level 2 inspection suggests a hidden hazard and the evaluation cannot be performed without special tools to access concealed areas of the chimney or flue, a Level 3 inspection is recommended. A Level 3 inspection addresses the proper construction and the condition of concealed portions of the chimney structure and the flue. Removal or destruction, as necessary, of permanently attached portions of the chimney or building structure will be required for the completion of a Level 3 inspection. A Level 2 inspection includes everything in a Level 1 inspection, plus the accessible portions of the chimney exterior and interior including attics, crawl spaces and basements. It will address proper clearances from combustibles in accessible locations. An estimate and written inspection report will be given in 48-72 hours for any repairs needed.
