We work together to find the underlying emotions and trauma that lead to the addiction. Once this is discovered we work together to resolve those hurts and wounds, allowing my client to move forward with renewed self esteem, healthy boundaries and supports in place.

Each client is assessed to determine if Hypnotherapy is the right fit for them. This may include working with other support teams, such as the Family doctor, Addiction counsellor or specialist, or other support workers. A letter of consent maybe be required.

** Clients MUST be clean and sober for a minimum of 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.
