Reiki energy healing is a holistic healing technique that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It involves the practitioner placing their hands on or near the body to channel universal life force energy (known as "ki" or "chi") into the client's energy field. The goal of reiki is to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing processes. Reiki is based on the idea that our bodies have an innate ability to heal themselves, and that by bringing more life force energy into the body, we can support this healing process. It is a non-invasive and gentle form of therapy that can be beneficial for a variety of physical, emotional, and spiritual issues. During a reiki session, the client will lie down on a massage table and be guided into a relaxed, meditative state. The practitioner may also use visualization, breathing techniques, and sound healing instruments to support the healing process. The client may feel warmth, tingling, or a sensation of energy flowing through their body during the session, although the experience can vary from person to person.

Chakra balancing is included in all Reiki sessions. This service is for someone who needs a tune up between sessions or someone simply looking for a brief energy assessment or basic alignment. Service includes 15 minutes on the table for the chakra balancing as well as crystal or Tibetan bowl sound healing.
