This service restores the iOS software of the device. The device has to be in disabled mode or Connect to iTunes message prompt. This is a software service, not a repair. All information will be deleted and the customer must know their device's iCloud Information if any, keep in mind, the fee applies even if the customer doesn't know or remember the iCloud information.

Note: Please write under notes the model of your device.

This service addresses the repair of physically damaged charging ports. The repair includes a 60-day limited warranty, which excludes coverage for physical or liquid damage. Devices displaying signs of liquid damage or severe frame damage are not covered under this warranty.

Important Information:

• Screen Condition: The device screen must be free of cracks or deep scratch marks.
• If the screen is found to have cracks or deep scratches without prior notification, a service fee will be applied.
