A deposit of $20 is required in order to reserve a piercing appointment upon scheduling. The deposit will be credited towards the cost of your $40 piercing fee on the day of your appointment and will not be refundable.  IF THE DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED UPON SCHEDULING, THE TIME SLOT WILL NOT BE RESERVED. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within that 24-hours, you will forfeit your deposit. An additional $20.00 deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation. For all appointments, there is a 15 minute window from the start time of your appointment for you to arrive. Any clients who do not arrive within those 15 minutes will be considered no-shows and will forfeit their deposit. Certain piercings require specific anatomy to safely heal, and a consult is required before our piercer can perform it. Going through with the consultation does NOT guarantee the piercing for the client. It is entirely within the piercer's discretion to approve or reject a client based upon the anatomy of the area and its potential ability to heal or reject the piercing.
