|| Residential: This is for residential or commercial cleans. For a full house clean, we charge a flat rate per job, which requires us to come out for a bid where we will meet you, see the space, and talk through your specific needs so we can give you an accurate price. Even if you are booking hourly, we will need to see the space ahead of time so we can give you an accurate estimate of the amount of cleaning we can get done in a certain amount of time.

|| Virtual: We offer virtual bids for those who would like to minimize contact while making a decision regarding cleaning needs. If you would like a virtual bid, please follow these steps: -Select the virtual bid option -Choose "we'll come to you"; even though we will be providing the bid virtually, this will allow you to put in your address. -If you have recently purchased your home or an old listing with photos is still available, in the notes/message section, please provide a link with the listing that has photos. -If there is not a listing available online, in the notes/message section please indicate that you will be sending photos of each room to be cleaned.
