Your first session with your coach will be devoted to assessing your fitness level, taking body measurements, talking about the exercise you already do, getting a health history, and setting realistic (SMART) goals. After your initial one-on-one personal training session, your coach will remain with you each time working closely to address and advance your goals. Your personal training sessions may be also involve assisted stretching exercises on the state-of-the-art stretching tables.
