Yoga for You: Custom Designed Yoga Practice
One hour consultation, yoga practice notes via PDF, one follow up email two weeks later.
Yoga for You PLUS guided practice
One hour yoga practice consultation, then, I will guide you through the complete practice so that you are clear about all of the postures and sequence and will be able to practice with confidence on your own. This is an additional 30-45 minutes. PDF with practice notes, follow up email 2 weeks later.

Private Yoga Lesson
Private yoga instruction is tailored to the practitioner's unique needs and may include: adaptations of postures and sequences to meet the client's individual needs, a complete guided practice, in-depth study in pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, or philosophy as desired. Includes a follow up PDF with practice notes, and ongoing support via email if multiple sessions are booked.
Mentoring for Yoga Teachers
A one-hour session to get guidance on sequencing, classroom management, adapting postures for various populations, or to address any yoga related questions you might have.
Each hour will count toward YA CE credits.
Private Belly Dance Lesson
One hour private belly dance instruction.
