Early detection and appropriate treatment are crucial to the clearing process and will prevent scarring and hair loss. Xubian Wellness & Acne Clinic’s treatment plan includes making specific lifestyle changes, getting periodic scar treatments, and using our highly-effective homecare products on a consistent basis. Keep your weight in check, avoid direct sun, pay close attention to barbershop sanitation, and call an immediate halt to picking, rubbing, and scratching. If you’re diligent, follow your regimen religiously, and lose weight if needed, your mild-to-moderate case of AKN will improve dramatically. Even a severe case of AKN will begin to calm down. A series of professional scar treatments help exfoliate smaller bumps and soften, reduce thickness, and lighten thick scar tissue. Frequent follow-up visits and/or emails and phone calls will allow us to evaluate and monitor your progress, lifestyle habits, and product usage so clearing can be achieved and maintained. Tele-Acne Consultation You can now receive personalized acne coaching through our Tele-Acne Consultation services. This service is popular because it includes everything in our Initial Consultation services EXCEPT the Skin Patch Allergy Test...all from the comforts of your home or office. All completed forms must be received by our office within 72 hours of your scheduled Tele-Acne Consultation. If forms are not received, your appointment will be cancelled. We recommend clients check in at least 6 weeks after their initial Tele-Acne Consultation and every three (3) months thereafter until cleared. Check-ins take about 15 minutes and are used for troubleshooting or product adjustments.
