INTRODUCTORY TRAINING SESSION
Try us out with an introductory session to see if we're a good fit for you. initial consult included to answer any questions regarding your goals and to get an idea on what we believe would be the best plan to achieve them.

STRENGTH TEST/ STRUCTURAL BALANCE ASSESSMENT
To establish a baseline of your strengths and to identify where you're weak. This helps to know how to effectively write your training programs that are best for you and the strength aspect of the test establishes a point of reference we can later use to show your improvements.
BODY FAT READING AND FAT LOSS ASSESSMENT
We measure 12 sites with calipers. Where you store body fat is correlated to hormones. We also have you take our General Health Questionnaire and we compare where you're storing the most body fat based off of ratios to how you scored on the questionnaire. From there we can discuss your current diet and lifestyle habits and offer guidance on how to lower your body fat and improve your habits safely for long-term sustainable results.
