STRENGTH ASSESSMENT
This is to determine your current level of strength with certain muscle groups. You are only as strong as your weakest links. We determine what those weak links are and devise a plan to strengthen your overall body.
FAT LOSS ASSESSMENT SERIES - 3 MONTHS
We use a 12-point skinfold measurement along with a detailed questionnaire and diet assessment to determine your areas of weakness that need improvement. With these tools, we can determine what is the most critical thing that needs to be changed and also uses as an indicator of results.
