Notarial Appointment
PLEASE CALL 832 962 8420 and select the option to make a notary appointment. This service cannot be booked on-line. Before requesting a notarial service from our office, please make sure you know EXACTLY what service you require. You should confirm this with the organisation that requires your documents notarised. We are not able to provide legal advice or general advice on which notarial service you need. PLEASE ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE REQUESTING AUTHORITY. We are unable to interpret instructions on your behalf. Please ensure you fully understand the contents and legal implications of the documents you required to be witnessed or certified. Emergency Passport
PLEASE CALL 832 962 8420 FOR AN EMERGENCY PASSPORT APPOINTMENT. Please leave a detailed message if prompted. Please note that not all applicants are eligible for an Emergency Passport. You should discuss your eligibility for an Emergency Passport at your interview before making any firm travel plans. If you are issued with an Emergency Passport it is your responsibility to check whether it will be accepted for entry in the country where you are travelling and whether visas are required. You can enter the United States and Canada with an Emergency Passport but you must have a valid visa. You are not eligible for the US Visa Waiver Program (ESTA) with an Emergency Passport. Emergency Passports are for applicants who are travelling within three weeks due to an emergency. Booking travel without a valid passport does not constitute an emergency. Issuance of Emergency Passports is governed by Australian legislation and policy.
