Weather Policy
WEATHER POLICY - Bounce houses cannot be used if there are winds of 20 mph or more, and cannot be used in the rain. It would not be safe for the children. DBE monitor the weather using www.weather.com. If there is a 50% chance or more of rain or a prediction of winds 20mph or above, during the time of your event we recommend you cancel or reschedule your event. Unfortunately, once our delivery has arrived at your event, all the costs of providing a clean and sanitized inflatable have been incurred. We cannot provide refunds for limited or no use due to weather. Please make your cancellations at least 72 hours prior to your event. You will be able to get a rain check of your amount paid.Safety is always a priority.
