Your relationship with our salon starts here. The consultation is where we’ll discuss your goals, your needs, and your concerns. We’ll talk about what brought you to our salon, and what you expect and hope our relationship will achieve. But most of all, we’ll talk about you. About your life, your career, your home, your family – about the things that make you you. Why? Because regardless of the treatment or solution that may be needed for your hair, it must also be the right one for you, the person. The key to our relationship is communication. So, to get the most out of the consultation think about things like: Your personal style – is it classic, modern, trendy, natural, sporty? Your professional style – is it corporate and formal, business casual, creative, relaxed? Your current cut, color or solution – what do you like and/or dislike about your hair now? What do you want to change and why? Your hair needs, goals and concerns – what look or effect do you want to achieve? What prevented you from having that before? After the consultation, we will describe the options or solutions that we believe are best for you, and recommend the optimal approach.
