New Clients: Movement Assessment w/ Integrated Fascial Stretch Therapy
In depth full body movement assessment, through the lens of functional neurology. Vision: eye movements, Balance: inner ear dysfunction and Proprioception: control of your joints in space. All 3 communicate with your brain and your ability to move. Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a pain-free, gentle stretch performed on a massage table that targets the fascia. Integration FST session may include corrective exercises, manual muscle testing and Rock Tape as needed.
Returning Clients: Follow up Integrated Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a pain-free, gentle stretch performed on a massage table that targets the fascia. Integration FST session may include corrective exercises, manual muscle testing and Rock Tape as needed. ** Fee based: $5/each Amnio Neuro Frequency Discs as needed. ** Fee based: $1/minute LED Light Therapy as needed.
Long Term Athletic Development - 60 min
Long Term Athletic Development, in order to maintain top performance athletes need to incorporate a progression and regression to their training depending if it's in season or out of season. As athletes continue to play throughout the season their performance will decrease, if they are not balancing out their schedules with a smart training and active recovery program. These session may include muscle recovery, mobility, stability drills or strength training depending on the needs of the athlete. This is vital to maintaining quick feet, explosive speed as well as staying agile during the season and avoid catastrophic injuries from overuse.

Reiki is Energy. Enjoy a relaxing yet productive gentle touch free way of channeling energy throughout your body. Release stress and remove harmful emotional toxins from your body.
Stick & Sand
1 on 1 Stick Mobility integration with Sandbags strength training in 360 degrees. Combining guided self fascial stretch and tensioning to activate muscles, followed by core and strength based movements to challenge your stability in 360 degrees.
Movement Therapy
Guided therapeutic isolated movements to help restore lost or restricted range of motion, learning to move and load in a safe pain free way. Better movement, better loading less fear of moving. This is a great way to follow up your FST or massage therapy session.
