Complimentary Consultation
We will sit down with you one-on-one and discuss your problem and determine if it appears to a condition we can help you with.
1st Visit - New Patient
Patients who have never been seen Dr. Schwartz or have not seen him within two years, will need to book a 1st visit exam. This includes a consultation, comprehensive exam and x-rays if needed. Cost varies by insurance carrier and we offer discounts for cash patients. Contact us for more information.
2nd Appointment - Report of Findings
Dr. Schwartz will review your x-rays, and discuss a treatment plan and perform the 1st adjustment.
Chiropractic Adjustment
Routine adjustments are approximately 15 min. The cost varies by insurance carrier. We offer cash discounts for those who do not have insurance.
Re-exam with adjustment
Patients under an acute care plan need to be re-examined evenry 12 visits. Cost varies by insurance carriers.
X-rays
We will take your necessary x-rays and develop them, study them that same night, and bring you back into the office the next day to review your findings.
ChiroThin First Visit
BMI, pictures, and measurements will be taken. ChiroThin pgm will be discussed and booklet and drops will be dispensed. Please wear a gym shorts (male) and a sports bra (female) so that pre-program pictures can be taken.
