We will measure your home and provide GLA measurements and floor plans. We use LiDAR technology for measuring and represented to be within 97% accuracy. Let us know if you want to see samples. If total area scanned exceeds 5000 square feet, the will be an added cost of $25. Matterport Scan

We will create a 3D Matterport scan of your property. Our fee for this service is $.08 per sq ft., with a minimum charge of $125. Spaces are hosted only for the duration of the listing.
