New Patient Exam

If you are a new patient to Wellness in Motion Chiropractic Center make sure to book a New Patient Exam. Please allow for 1 hour for your first visit. We are currently in network with BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois and Aetna. Dr. Cisternino spends a great deal of time with each patient to diagnose and properly treat your specific condition. You will receive an individualized treatment plan that is designed to address the root cause of your problem.
