Counseling: Evaluation/Assessment

This evaluation completes the criteria required by court mandated requests for an assessment for Anger Management/Domestic Violence/Perpetrators Treatment programs.

Counseling Consultation (your first visit)

The initial consultation is $75 and will take approximately 1.5 hours. Subsequent sessions are 55 minutes and are billed at $60.00. If you are currently experiencing financial hardship, discuss this with your therapist so we may attempt to accommodate your need.

This option is if you have already attended your "Counseling Consultation." Subsequent sessions are 55 minutes and are billed at $60.00.  If you are currently experiencing financial hardship, discuss this with your therapist so we may attempt to accommodate your need.

Domestic Violence Intake & Evaluation

$100 down payment is required at time of evaluation/intake and balance must be paid in full before beginning the program. - This program satisfies court mandated treatment programs.

Anger Management Intake

Intake must be completed before your first session. • $25 down payment is required at time of intake. - Unless otherwise specified, the NWFSI AM program consists of 13 1.5 hour sessions. This program satisfies court mandated treatment programs. Payment plan: $25 per session (13 sessions @ $25 = $325)
