DRAMATIC BALAYAGE

A full head of balayage highlights is considered dramatic. When every hair is foiled. Starting min price is $150 depending on what tone and colors you would like. If your hair has been previous colored darker book color correction instead. Any subtle or natural balayage will be priced as highlights.
