In-Person Meeting

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Client Update: CAE is monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and taking the necessary precautions to support the well-being of our clients, team members, and others. We are open for business and expect to remain so. We are implementing precautions and a business continuity plan that will allow us to maintain the uninterrupted high level of service and value you expect from us. We are committed to delivering our services and support to clients without interruption. These immediate preventative measures also ensure we do our part as a responsible corporate citizen to try to minimize or contain the spread of the virus. This includes: • Migrating meetings to phone or video conferences unless an in-person meeting is absolutely essential for the next several weeks or until it is deemed safe by recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). • Requesting that employees and guests only enter our physical location, for essential meetings, if they are feeling well and have not knowingly been exposed to the virus. • Implementing social distancing, forgoing handshakes and other personal contact. • Working remotely in shifts to limit the potential impact of unintended exposure to the virus. • Eliminating travel when possible. • Requiring employees who have conducted personal travel to high-risk countries, as identified by health organizations such as the CDC, to follow recommended protocol of self-quarantine for at least 14 days prior to returning to the office. • Sanitizing common spaces and encouraging team members to boost hygiene efforts that include washing hands with soap more often.

Fiscal Sponsorship Program: Initial Meeting

What is a Fiscal Sponsorship? Most commonly, Fiscal Sponsorship is necessary when a person or group (The Partner) wants to provide a charitable program (The Program) and fund it with tax-deductible contributions. However, The Partner does not have an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 501(c)(3) tax-exemption status to allow the contributions to be designated as tax-deductible. C.A.E. acts as the sponsor of The Program.
