The Designed Body is a private home based studio located in Plano, TX. I specialize in STOTT PILATES®, GYROTONIC® Method, Fascial Stretch Therapy and Holistic Health Coaching. I have worked in movement based modalities for over 25 years. I take great pride in assisting clients of all levels, whether you are coming out of physical therapy, looking for general fitness or have specific high level athletic goals.

Our Services

Personal Training/FST Consultation
During our phone consultation we will discuss all of your goals and needs regarding a PIlates, Gyrotonic and Fascial Stretch Therapy program. If you are a new client I require a consultation prior to your first scheduled appointment.
Health Coaching Consultation
Are you curious about how to improve your health? I am here to help you pave a path on your way to better health. The journey we will embark on together will remove confusion and obstacles. We begin with a phone consultation to discuss your goals and all available programs.
Private Training Session
I take great pride in teaching Pilates and Gyrotonic Movement, which I believe are both disciplines. You earn your progressions with proper programming designed for your unique individuality. I begin with our initial meeting to talk about your goals and any mobility or injury issues you may have. From here I begin to customize a program to meet your needs and your journey begins. This may include Pilates, Gyrotonic Method, and Fascial Stretch Therapy.
45 Minute Training Session
45 minute session may be Pilates or Gyrotonic based or a combination of both.
60 Minute FST Session
Features of Fascial Movement and Stretch Therapy include a methodology that manipulates, lengthens, re-aligns and re-organizes your fascia. It is a pain free way to increase joint space, eliminate trigger points, improve muscle activation and flexibility. We teach you how to maintain optimal fascial flexibility after we identify and eliminate the problems. 60 minute sessions are ideal when wanting to deal with specific areas. For total body please see our 90 minute session.
90 Minute FST Session
Features of Fascial Movement and Stretch Therapy include a methodology that manipulates, lengthens, re-aligns and re-organizes your fascia. It is a pain free way to increase joint space, eliminate trigger points, improve muscle activation and flexibility. We teach you how to maintain optimal fascial flexibility after we identify and eliminate the problems. 90 minute sessions are ideal when wanting the opportunity for a total body stretch session.
Heath Check In
For anyone that has previously gone through a health coaching program with me and just needs a quick check in/update. Must have previously completed a health coaching program through The Designed Body
Health Coaching Initial Session
Your first session regarding upgrading your health will last approximately 80 minutes. Completion of health coaching consultation is REQUIRED prior to this session.
