If your young one is nervous about getting their ears pierced (most are), a consult can help by building familiarity with the staff and the environment. We will look at jewelry, see the piercing room, talk about the process, and answer any questions you may have. This is a free service we offer to help make sure everyone is on the same page and confident about moving forward.

Multiple Piercings / Jewelry Styling

So you're ready to get a few piercings started or explore a fresh look for your current piercings, styled by our expert staff.. Let's freaking go! We'll help you dial in your ideas and approach your goals in an intentional and realistic way. If you know what piercings you want, please list them in the appointment notes. If you're still unsure and want some guidance, that's ok! That's what we're here for. All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian present with their photo ID. The first piercing fee will be $50 and each one after that will be $25 off. There is no need to book additional appointments for the specific piercings you are looking to get. The pricing does not include the cost of jewelry. A basic titanium stud starts at $45.

Piercings for 2 People

Piercings are more fun with friends ❤️ This service is also fine to book if one person is getting pierced and the other is getting a jewelry change. Let us know what you both are wanting in the appointment notes. If you're unsure and want suggestions, that's ok too! Must be at least 13 years old. Subsequent piercing discounts (50% off) are applicable to multiple piercings on the same person. Time for this service will limit us to 2 piercings per person. Please let us know in the notes what you're both hoping to get and we'll reach out if there are any issues! Lastly a note about timeliness! We're guessing if you're the one setting this appointment up that you're the "accountable" friend. You know.. The one who's typically responsible and on time? Let's be real about your friend. They're late for everything right? Sometimes it's best to maybe tell them the appointment is 10 minutes earlier than it actually is. Worst case scenario they arrive early and have to wait on you for a change. What a crazy thing that would be! Jewelry or Piercing Consult/Shopping

Use this time to discuss a piercing you've been considering and consult with a piercer about placement, jewelry options, healing etc. You can also book this time to discuss jewelry you're curious about, pricing, jewelry options for various piercings and more. If you think you're likely to want to have something installed, please book a jewelry change appointment instead. That will give us a little more time. Since we work by appointment only, we do charge a fee to cover the time and attention you will receive from our expert piercers. The fee we charge will be applied as a credit to any immediate or future purchases made. It is non-refundable or transferrable to anyone else. Our online store is a direct reflection of our current inventory if you would prefer to browse on your own.

Downsize (please read notes)

TEXT US BEFORE YOU BOOK so we can make sure your piercing is ready. The text numbers for our respective locations can be found on the top of our homepage at mintpiercing.com or on your aftercare brochure. Please include photos of your piercing with the text. Tips for getting good photos: Natural light is always best. Taking the photo in a window tends to be better than a bathroom mirror. We need to see the piercing in a relaxed state. Avoid twisting ears or flipping up nostrils. Remember we're trying to see how much extra room there is on the post, not how cute you are! Once approved via text, we'll give you the green light to book this visit! This is a very short appointment time. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your appointment to ensure that you are not late. We can only be so flexible with this free service when our schedule is full. This free service is for the first downsize on piercings done at Mint. Subsequent downsizes and piercings done at other studios should book a jewelry change appointment type.

Troubleshooting/Checkup

Piercings can be finicky sometimes. We've seen it all and we're happy to help however we can. Please note there is no charge to text us. Most things that don't require a jewelry change can be figured out by sending photos. The text numbers for our respective locations can be found on the homepage at mintpiercing.com (these are different from our general phone number). If a jewelry change is required to get your piercing back on track, there may be a higher service fee. Every situation is different and we'll give you all of your options before anything is done. This is a very short appointment time. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your appointment to ensure that you are not late. We can only be so flexible when our schedule is full.
