Sometimes called psychotherapy or counseling, Individual Therapy is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist in a safe, caring, and confidential environment to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. Clients will work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change
Couples Counseling is a process through which a couple (who may be dating, engaged, married, or partnered) works with a trained therapist to identify specific areas of conflict and/or aspects of their relationship they would like to change. The couple works collaboratively with their therapist to develop a plan of action to improve each individuals satisfaction and contentment with the relationship.
Family Therapy is designed to assist families and couples in intimate relationships to nurture change in their interactions and development. Families seeking counseling may be in crisis, experiencing transitional life issues, increased interpersonal conflict, or simply desire a more pleasant home environment.

Coaching is a process designed and defined by a relationship agreement between a client and a coach. It is based on expressed interests, goals, and objectives. A Personal Coach will assist you in the development of strategies, relationships, and Action Plan designed to help you achieve your life goals. Life-Coaching is not a substitute for clinical counseling or psychotherapy.
